1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on an unlimited number of devices you own or control, for personal or internal business purposes. Paid licenses are one-time purchases and entitle you to all future updates of the licensed version line.
2. Free and Paid Tiers
The Software is available in a free tier with feature limits and in a paid tier ("Unlimited") with extended capabilities. Tier definitions may change; existing paid licenses retain at least the entitlements documented at the time of purchase.
3. License Key & Activation
Paid licenses are activated using a license key delivered to your purchase email. The Software performs online verification at startup and every 24 hours. An offline grace period of up to 14 days is permitted. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your license key.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where permitted by applicable law;
- Remove, alter, or obscure proprietary notices;
- Use the Software to violate any law or third-party rights;
- Circumvent license verification or feature restrictions;
- Redistribute the Software or any part of it.
5. Intellectual Property
The Software, including all code, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted other than as expressly set out in these Terms.
6. Third-Party Services
The Software relies on third-party services including Lemon Squeezy (payments), Cloudflare (infrastructure), and Resend (email delivery). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

8. License Termination
We may suspend or revoke your license if you breach these Terms, including unauthorized sharing of license keys, fraudulent payment, or chargebacks initiated without first contacting support. Upon termination, you must cease use of the Software and destroy all copies.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court (Japan) as the court of first instance.
