Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following apply:
- The request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- The request comes from the email address used at purchase, or includes the order ID.
- You have not previously requested and received a refund for the same product.
How to request a refund
- Email support@shortcutcast.app with the subject line "Refund request".
- Include your order ID (from your purchase confirmation email) or the email used at checkout.
- Optionally tell us why — your feedback helps improve the product, but it is not required.
Processing time
Refunds are processed within 3 business days. The refund is returned via the original payment method. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
License after refund
Once a refund is issued, your license key is deactivated. The app will revert to the free tier on the next online verification (within 24 hours). Please uninstall the paid version if you no longer wish to use the Software.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. Direct refunds are faster than chargebacks and avoid disputes. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in permanent suspension of future purchases.
Exceptions
Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase are evaluated case by case but are generally not eligible. Refunds will also be denied where there is evidence of license sharing, fraudulent activity, or violation of the Terms of Service.
